Jacqueline Milton — one of the owners and directors of Pulse — recalls that, before implementing Replicon, their manual and non-uniform process of recording hours worked made it onerous to compile the information they needed to get to clients.
“Before, everyone used their own various time tracking devices,” says Milton, “Some used spreadsheets, some used pen and paper, some kept Word documents — so it was difficult to ensure data integrity, and consolidating all these different inputs took much longer than it should have.” She continues:

We wanted that continuity and track record, and Replicon was our answer.”
